Malaysia · Alpha preparation

Help validate a receipt-evidence workflow for your audit firm.

GetZenta is preparing selected-auditor Alpha workflow validation in Malaysia. Discuss how your team collects receipt evidence, follows up exceptions and prepares the handoff into working papers.

Participation, availability and scope are agreed with the founding team. This is an enquiry, not immediate access or open signup.

Who should enquire?

Malaysian audit-firm principals, managers and reviewers who can assess a defined receipt-level workflow and give practical feedback.

Firm principals and managers

Assess fit with your existing process.

Identify where client receipts lose context, where follow-up becomes fragmented and what your team needs before documenting its review.

Reviewers

Challenge the evidence handoff.

Assess whether the source, extracted information, open questions and attributed human decisions remain clear and connected.

For SMEs and tax practitioners, contact the team about your workflow. The current Alpha focus is selected-auditor validation.

What could your firm help validate?

The following are discussion areas, not a promise that every function or integration is available. A manageable test scope is agreed before access.

Source and context

Can your reviewer distinguish the original submission and system output from explanations or corrections supplied later?

Exception review

Are missing information and conflicting records visible? Can the team understand the request, response and what remains unresolved?

Documented handoff

Can the reviewer trace the recorded action and its basis alongside the source when preparing working-paper documentation?

Explore GetZenta’s evidence approach and the illustrated review workflow before discussing your scope.

What happens after you enquire?

  1. Describe one workflow problem.
Tell us how your firm receives receipts, where context gets lost and which reviewer should evaluate the workflow.
  2. Discuss suitability and scope.
The founding team discusses availability, relevant functions, test arrangements and any participation terms before access.
  3. Agree the validation approach.
Define the scenarios, feedback questions and permitted data. Begin with synthetic or redacted examples; any use of real client records requires separately agreed authorisation and data-handling arrangements.
  4. Review the findings.
Identify what worked, what remained unclear and which issues need correction or further validation.

Enquiring does not commit your firm to a subscription. Any fees, duration or commercial arrangements must be agreed separately; no lifetime price or fixed allocation is promised here.

Professional judgement stays with your team.

Weak, incomplete, conflicting, material or higher-risk evidence requires review. A client response or successful extraction does not automatically approve a record.

GetZenta’s Dual-Layer Evidence Model describes preserving original system-generated evidence separately from attributed, audited human decisions. The Evidence Decision Chain describes capture, extract, validate, assess, review, decide and preserve. The Review-First Principle keeps unresolved evidence questions subject to professional review.

These are GetZenta’s own explanatory frameworks. They are not official ISA, MIA or LHDN terminology. Participation does not constitute certification or endorsement. GetZenta does not issue audit opinions, determine tax deductibility or guarantee MyInvois acceptance.

Questions before you participate.

Is Alpha access available immediately?

No immediate access is promised. Participation, availability and scope are discussed with the founding team.

Does this replace our audit or accounting software?

The focus is receipt evidence and documented review. Your firm’s wider engagement methodology and tools remain relevant. Any required export or integration must be confirmed as part of the agreed scope.

Should I send client receipts with my enquiry?

No. Your initial message should describe the workflow without client names, identifiers, receipts or other confidential records. Test data and any later authorised use of client information are discussed separately.

What does participation cost?

This page does not publish an Alpha price. Discuss any fees and participation terms with the founding team before deciding whether to participate.

Tell us where receipt review gets stuck.

Start with a short description of your firm’s workflow. We will discuss whether a defined Alpha validation scope is suitable.

  • Your firm name and your role.
  • One receipt-evidence problem your team wants to assess.
  • Your current receipt intake and review process.
  • Who would review the workflow and provide feedback.
